Our purpose is to raise up and equip next-generation leaders for work in church ministry.
Our CCC Church Residency Program is an experience that combines focused leadership training and practical ministry experience along side a graduate level academic program. We focus on four areas of development to provide well-rounded training and coaching. Residents choose an area of focused ministry and work with a mentor within their specific callings, gifts, and passions.
The Church Residency Experience
A 2-year program at Christ Community Church in Omaha, Nebraska
25+ hours per week of practical ministry experience within the resident’s area of focus
2-3 hours per week in cohort developmental instruction
15 hours per week of academic work through Crown College
Raised monthly support with church match up to $400 per month
Host Family provided
